R Contracting Portfolio

Entire exterior and metal roof painted to look like new. To begin this project, we pressure washed the entire exterior of the home in order to remove the excess and flaking paint from the wooden siding. This gave us a clean surface to begin painting the house. After we finished painting the exterior, we moved to the metal roof of the home and painted the entire surface a deep green.

Before this new lakeside business opened, they remodeled the interior office. With newly constructed walls and bare concrete floors, this office needed some finishing touches. Over the course of a couple weeks, R Contracting • Painted the walls • Installed doors • Installed drop ceilings • Installed laminate wood flooring • put up trim In addition to what is pictured on the left, this project consisted of painting three rooms (one large garage bay with 20-foot walls).

On this project, we used a pressure washer to clean and remove all mold and dirt from house, all decks and docks. Next, we replaced any decking or dock boards that were rotting or badly weathered. This house also had major damage from woodpeckers and carpenter bees that were destroying the upper cedar siding, so those also need to be replaced. Lastly, all the wood siding, decks, walkways and docks, including a gazebo, were stained a uniform color.

Make your deck and rails look brand new. We pressure washed all of the decks and railings at this log cabin. Washing the decks removed all the dirt and cob webs, and helped protect them from further weathering.

The project started with bare concrete walls. We began by laying out the measured area with rocks from the palette, placing them so they would fit cosmetically, and give the floor the most even surface as possible for the fireplace to sit on. Then, mortar was used to keep the stone in place. We repeated this on the walls. After all walls were up, we filled in the gaps to give it a clean finished look. At the end a wood-burning stove as also installed.

On this job we painted the entire home with two coats of paint. We also painted all of the trim around the doors and windows, and built a small porch on the front of the house.

R Contracting was able to transform this brick front porch after three phases: The first step was to pressure wash the entire brick porch to remove dirt, spider webs and mold. This also allows us to start painting on a clean surface. Next, we let the brick porch dry completely before applying the paint. Lastly, we applied two coats of concrete paint to the entire surface area of the porch.

To clean up the entrance of this lake-side community, we pressure washed and painted the neighborhood sign. Then, we also painted the community's entryway fencing with two coats semigloss white (the fence ran approximately 1.5 miles long).
