On this project, we used a pressure washer to clean and remove all mold and dirt from house, all decks and docks. Next, we replaced any decking or dock boards that were rotting or badly weathered. This house also had major damage from woodpeckers and carpenter bees that were destroying the upper cedar siding, so those also need to be replaced. Lastly, all the wood siding, decks, walkways and docks, including a gazebo, were stained a uniform color.

Sometimes your deck just needs some TLC. After pressure washing the entire deck and handrails, we painted all the pickets and handrails on this deck that was connected to the second story of this house.
